As a result, the Foundation has recently released, in French and in English, an analytical note pertaining to the ethical challenges linked to GMOs and the legal framework setting their use. Handicap International has indeed been confronted with the possibility to bind a partnership with companies that produce GMOs on several occasions and consequently, the idea emerged to conduct a study so as to better grasp the ethical challenges linked to this type of partnership. The reflection spearheaded by the Foundation is designed to help clarify the work of Handicap International’s units dedicated to fundraising and private partnerships.
